RELOCAPE was founded to provide you with exactly the support we
wish we had had when we moved to Cape Town. How do I open a bank account? How do I register my car? Which mobile provider is the best? Which contractors are trustworthy? Where can I get an internet connection the fastest?

These and many other questions unnecessarily complicated our own
arrival in Cape Town back then. With RELOCAPE, we aim to remove these obstacles and make your transition into your new life as smooth as possible.
We are Eva and Sonja, a lawyer and sports economist, who moved to Cape Town with our families in 2017. Before that, we had both lived in various cities in Germany and Europe.

We have personally experienced all the challenges that come with relocating to South Africa and have learned through trial and error. Over the years we have spent here, we have built the knowledge, contacts, and an understanding of the African way of life. We look forward to significantly simplifying life in Cape Town for newcomers.

When Sonja returned to Germany with her family in early 2024 and sold her house in Cape Town, she supported the buyers in their move to South Africa with advice and assistance.
